Appointments Only

Appointments are highly recommended for bridal including walk-ins so we can better service you. Certain fees apply to different types of services. 

Appointment fees:
Appointment fees reserve your selected date and time.

Credit toward purchase:
If you purchase during your appointment, your appointment fee may be applied toward your purchase.

Cancellation policy:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late arrival policy:
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

Guest policy:
To provide the best experience, bridal appointments are limited to the bride plus 5 guests.

No-show policy:
No-shows may forfeit the appointment fee.
