Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. There are no exchanges, returns, or credits.
Damaged & Defective Merchandise
- With the exception of our Sample Gowns, all of our gowns are BRAND NEW and inspected by our employees prior to shipping.
- Upon arrival, if the box is damaged please notify your carrier at the time of delivery.
- If you believe the merchandise is damaged or defective, please call 815-915-8772 or email the store firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns must have the Return Authorization Number and received within 7 days.
- Upon receipt of the merchandise, if we find the product defective as described we will contact the designer and repair or replace as advised by the designer. Sean Philip Bridals will incur shipping charges on this merchandise.
- If we find the merchandise free of defects or damage or has been misused, then the item will ship the merchandise back to you. Sean Philip Bridals will NOT incur any shipping or insurance charges.
All dress or accessory orders canceled from the ordered date will lose 100% of the merchandise purchase price. Sean Philip Bridals reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. Sean Philip Bridals should not be liable for any errors or omissions in pricing.
No refunds or credit will be issued once dresses/gowns are ordered since each dress/gown is made to order. The dresses/gowns are not returnable to the Designer. This is standard in the bridal industry. The same policy exists for all accessories.
Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will incur 100% restocking fee.
All of Sean Philip Bridal gowns are 100% Authentic. We do not sell knock-off brands as part of our integrity to protect our Designers.
- Depending on the Designer, most gown and accessory production take approximately 16-24 weeks. Some of our Designers offer Quick Ship and only applies to certain stock.
- All special orders are FINAL sale. There are no exchanges, returns, or credits.
Installment Payment Plans
We want to help you purchase your DREAM gown! Sean Philip Bridals offers an Installment Payment Plan to help you purchase your perfect gown. This program is only available for gowns over $800 with standard delivery of 8 weeks or more. This is not available for rush orders. Additional fees may apply.
How it Works:
50% - Today (non-refundable)
25% - 30 days from Order Date (non-refundable)
25% - 60 days from Order Date (non-refundable)

Online Price Match:
We do honor price matches from reputable bridal salons only. Bridal salons must be brick & mortar and in physical locations. There are no exceptions.
When will my item ship?
In Stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Special orders will be shipped 5-7 days after the item has arrived in the store. This is in addition to the Designer's production time, usually 16-24 weeks. All shipping dates are estimated. A signature is required upon delivery. A confirmation order email will be sent to the email address on file. Once the item has been shipped, tracking confirmation will be supplied to the email.
How will my item ship?
We ship FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Gowns will be sent in plastic gown bags and boxed. If the customer prefers, we do sell fabric breathable bags. Please include this on your order. Accessories will be wrapped in plastic and shipped in a box. Please be aware; that gowns and veils may arrive wrinkled. We suggest a professional steamer to smooth out wrinkles. Please do not use an iron. It will destroy the fabric.
Where do we ship?
We only ship to all 50 states and US islands. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs. There is no international shipping available.
A flat rate of $25 shipping fee will be charged for all merchandise with an additional $5 per item fee to accommodate box weight charges. Additional fees apply to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico. There is NO international shipping.
We do offer quick shipping for an additional fee. Please call or email the store for more information.
Can I pick up the item?
The answer is YES! We love to meet our guests in person. Store pick up is available FREE of charge.
